3. Obtaining references and credit checks from our credit agency.

4. Preparing a suitable tenancy agreement and arranging signature by you.

5. Collecting and registering your deposit and providing the required prescribed information.

6. Using an Independent Inventory Clerk to check into the property and agree the inventory.

7. Organising the transfer of gas, electricity, water and council tax accounts into your name.

8. Setting up your Standing Order payments for rental in advance.

9. Inspecting the property periodically, and reporting the general condition to the landlord.

10. Arranging any necessary repairs or maintenance.

11. Keeping in touch with you on a routine basis, and arranging renewals of the agreement as necessary.

12. Checking you out of the property and returning your deposit to you within ten working days once agreement has been reached.
