11. Receiving rental payments monthly in advance by standing order, and paying you promptly, together with a detailed statement.
12. Inspecting the property periodically, and reporting the general condition to you.
13. Arranging any necessary repairs or maintenance, first liaising with you in the case of larger works.
14. Keeping in touch with the tenant on a routine basis, and arranging renewals of the agreement as necessary.
15. Checking tenants out of the property as required, reletting and continuing the process with the minimum of vacant periods to ensure that you receive the optimum return from your property.
The level of service required by our Landlords varies greatly and determines the level they receive; for example some may require a Let Only service whereas others may prefer a Full Management Service or a mixture of the two.
This varying level of service will also determine the fees that are applicable in each case. We make an administration charge of £35 for each renewal of an existing tenancy agreement. However, there is also NO VAT to pay giving you even greater RETURN ON YOUR INVESTMENT.
